Breaded Chicken Bites
Kickstart your meal with these irresistible breaded chicken bites, a perfect sharing starter that’s sure to please even the pickiest of eaters; featuring tender chicken coated in a crispy breadcrumb crust and served with your favourite dipping sauce, they’re a crowd-pleasing option that’s guaranteed to disappear in no time.

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, 180°C fan. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add 1 tsp of the paprika and mix well.
2. Put the flour into a separate small bowl and stir through the remaining paprika. Put the eggs into a third bowl. Grease two baking trays.
3. Working on one piece of chicken at a time, dip first into the flour, then the egg, then finally the breadcrumbs. Place on the prepared baking trays. Once all are prepared, spray with the sunflower oil. Bake for 20 mins, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
