Tuna Salad
Tuna salad is a go-to classic that’s simple and tasty. A light and fresh comfort food classic. Made with a few simple ingredients such as canned tuna, mayonnaise, onion and lettuce, it’s the perfect combination of creamy and crispy. Serve this in a sandwich, wrap it in lettuce, or stuff it in avocado halves for a healthy, throw-together lunch.

Ingredients:
2 One Stop eggs
200g One Stop cherry tomatoes, halved
40g pitted black olives
100g One Stop sweetcorn
1 tbsp salad cream
200g lettuce, chopped
1 One Stop red onion, slices
2 x 160g tins tuna chunks in spring water, drained

Method:
1. Add a saucepan to a hob and bring to the boil, place the eggs and boil for 7-8 mins.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a salad bowl and toss. Once the eggs are cooked, peel and quarter.
3. Add in the salad cream and give a final mix.
