I started with One Stop in 2019 as an externally recruited Store Manager. My area manager, fellow store managers and my store team were great at helping me and my store achieve our goals. After 2 years as a store manager, I wanted to join the Store Support Centre (Walsall) and specifically the People Team. I always felt encouraged and supported by One Stop to apply for roles that came up at the SSC as they always look to bring in-store knowledge to the support functions.
