One Stop is a great place for internal progression, all teams / line managers across the business always push their colleague’s development. I started working in one of our stores in 2015 on a Saturday behind the till. I was supported by both my Store colleagues and SSC colleagues to progress to Store Manager pretty quickly. From Store Manager, I applied for a temporary secondment on an Epos Roll out Project in Technology. After my secondment was coming to an end, I was supported in moving over to the Tech Support Team for a permanent role, to which I’m now a Senior within. I would highly recommend One Stop as a place to work
